Breakfast Club

St Bartholomew’s Primary school are delighted to be able to offer a ‘drop in’ Breakfast club from 8am-9am every morning.

The cost for this is £3.00 per child per sessions, which will be payable on ParentPay  A selection of healthy Breakfast options are included.

Please note that due to staff not being able to leave the club whilst other children are in attendance, there is only one drop off time at 8am.

After School Club

The Afterschool Club at St Bartholomew’s runs from 3.15pm – 5pm.  This service is only available booked in advance.

The booking form is sent to all parents a week ahead and requests must be submitted by midday on Thursday the week before.  Any late request must be phoned through to the school office on 01460 72829.

The session is £7.00 per child and is payable on ParentPay.

In order to run this provision safely and to ensure that it is appropriately staffed the maximum capacity for After School provision is 10 children.

Children are given fruit and a snack of a biscuit and squash.

If you are consistently late collecting your child, then the school reserves the right to refuse access to this provision.

 

Parent Pay

We are delighted to offer our parents a convenient way to make payments for school trips, meals, breakfast and after school club.

ParentPay offers you the freedom to make payments whenever and wherever you like, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week – safe in the knowledge that the technology used is of the highest internet security available.

Google Classrooms

All of our home learning is provided via the Goggle Classrooms platform.

We appreciate that this is not practical for everyone, and if you wish your child to receive a paper copy of the home learning each week, please contact your child class teacher.

Each child in our school has their own account with a unique user ID and password.

Medicine Form

If your child requires medicine to be administered at school, then you must complete our Medicine Form before a member to staff is able to give your child the required medicine during the school day.

You must deliver the medicines personally to a member of staff meeting your child at the start of school.

Newsletters

The School sends out a Newsletter to our parent community every two weeks.  Not only does it contain lots of useful information about school life, but contains information about upcoming events.
