If your child will be aged 4 by September 2024 you will need to apply for a school place. Somerset County Council WILL NOT be sending out letters to children due to start school giving information to apply for a school place. You can apply online at: http://www.somerset.gov.uk/education-learning-and-schools/choosing-a-school/ applications will go live on 27th September and close on the 15th January 2024; or phone Somerset Direct for a paper copy of the application 0300 123 2224
